CHALLENGE
The 48 Hour Film Project is a global creative challenge that pits filmmaking teams. The challenge is coordinated within metro regions throughout the world, with different cities participating on different weekends. To prevent overzealous teams from jumping ahead of the Friday night start, requirements are provided: genre, character name and occupation, prop and line of dialogue.
Our team drew “folk horror.”
Logline: A travel blogger drags her boyfriend to an abandoned factory for a photo op. Caution, danger ahead!
“The End of Snakehead Trail” short film earned a Best Of Richmond nomination from the 48HFP and won Best Cinematography. It was also one of five films invited to submit to the Seattle Horror Con film festival.
